Internally, the devices utilize the same rugged, weatherproof design and quality materials as the company\u2019s shore power models. Two versions are available, one with dual F-type male coax connectors, the other with one coax and one female Ethernet port. The innovative SmartPlug system replaces outdated AC shore power connectors. Completely modern, they plug straight in and provide 20 times the metal-to-metal contact than traditional twist-style designs. This provides maximum electrical transfer, resulting in a greatly reduced likelihood of resistance-generated overheating, a leading cause of fires. They\u2019re available in 30 and 50 amps.
